#asktheexpert doctor my baby cries so much and she farts and passes shit while crying uncontrollable crying...she is 22 days old...why can't we give gripe water ??

newborns and infant don't know how to initiate urination and defecation so they do strain too much causes pain and baby start crying .
mother should have healthy food to avoid farting in babies
