My 4 month old baby is crying while she farts and a little amount of poop also comes when ever she farts with gas and she is crying

A. yes it's ok and nromal. As per what you have mentioned there is no need to worry about this as it is seeming to be a normal thing and so there is no need to worry about this at all for now . .
