#AskTheExpert dear sir, my daughter tani has a red colour mark on back side of neck since her birth. he is trying to eaching that mark and move his neck left right speedily many times. pls suggest what to do.

A. if the baby is having red marks since birth most of the times it may be but it is not possible to give advice without examining it physically please consult your local doctor
