A. just take a healthy diet plan t of liquids with high fibre in the diet and also take a protein and proper nutritious foods here than for more guidance you can discuss with your doctor and get cleared all the further queries and you will be given all the required guidance which you can follow accordingly ...

A. See You are completely depends as to when did you have your delivery and have you recovered completely from your delivery and what was the mode of your delivery normal or C-section that I don’t know but in general if you completed almost 8 to 9 months of your delivery then you can go ahead with any kind of workout that suits you and dieting you can take a diet chart from a dietician or you can start with intermittent fasting for 12 to 16
