Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi chronic infection can be time taking. so ,first it is important to maintain hydration throughout the day. give warm liquid food items like soup , mung pani ,etc which help to thin mucus . second , you may start giving turmeric milk with roasted ajwain seeds in it it will surely help to get rid of such infection
