ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you can give water, only few sips are allowed to give to a 6 month old baby.. You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder .

As a child has completed 6 months definitely you can give water to the child to digest the food which is very important as your child is already having breast milk of formula milk which contains water in it so too much of water is not required you can give three or four ounces of water in a day
