#asktheexpert can I introduce cow milk to my daughter? if yes then in what quantity? She is a completely breast feed baby and her age is 1 year 4 month

A. hi yes ofcourse you can introduce cow's milk give it around 250 to 500ml per day initially, keep the ratio of milk and water half-,half and always Serve boiled cooled milk
