#asktheexpert can I have his diet when I am out for office? He has taken only breast milk till date, now it's time to rejoin the office. what should I give him?

A. u can we formula feeding to the child if you do not want to continue breast feeding and if you continue with breastfeeding then you cannot do dieting otherwise you can go head with any kind of diet that you want to but before that you take an advise from your doctor
