ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no plz, typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is fine.. and Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies, so breast feed well.
