#asktheexpert can I give apple puree to my baby after 6.00pm in the evening?she is 7 months old

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. You can give no issues but prefer giving last meal around 7 .30 pm so maintain tight gap between snacks and meals and feed as per that hope it helps
