Yes, i had Hyperemesis gravidarum in my first. Had lost around 6 kgs when i reached 4 month. This is my second pregnancy, somehow it feels this time its worse, i am not even 2 months into pregnancy i have lost 2 kgs. But many of my cousins who had Hyperemesis in the first pregnancies, did not have it in their second and consequent pregnancies. Its like a roll of dice i guess. If you are lucky you wont have it again. Unfortunately i have it worse than before.

There is no setting that if something is happened in the first pregnancy it is going to happen in second pregnancy also you really cannot be sure about these things but if you want to have a detail about this thing as an I will advise you to consult your gynaecologist the doctor would be able to really give you proper clarity on this
