shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom intially after birth ur baby will reduce some weight and then start gaining weight properly so of weight is around 3 to 5 kg approximately moreover if your baby is active and healthy and playful and having his feed properly on regular intervals and passing urine properly at least eight to ten times a day then there is nothing to worry about at all
