#AskTheExpert Because of urinary infection my nanny was admitted in ICU, there she was made this use pacifier.. After coming home I refused to give that to her, but she s constantly crying for it... instead of that she wants breastfeeding always... she wants to do sucking always...if I don't give she s crying and not even sleeping...how can make her forget the pacifier... pls help me

mam,you can do this gradually.
I mean , shorten the time gradually.
give pacifier as usual for initial days.
then decrease it's timing by 5 minutes and so on.
try to distract your child by giving toys .
