I am confused about using clothes nappies and ready made diapers during travel. I heard that diapers cause infection in the urinary track of babies.

If you keep changing diapers from time to time and use it in a moderation and everything you take care of by using diaper rash cream or Boroline then it is not going to create a problem if you keep using it without any problem otherwise using diapers is absolutely fine

There is no compulsion or a rule that every time you use disposable diapers , there will be some kind of infection in the child. Consult your child’s doctor for further guidance.
