ji ,agar bachche ki age ek sal se jyada he to aap usse ek chammach shahad me chutkibhar taj patte ka powder mila k din me do bar de shkte he.
jise ulti hona kum aur band ho shkta he.
bachche ko hydrate rakhe
nimbupani ,coconut water , taje falo ja juice jese anar aur seb jyada de.
