Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! If baby is pooping immediately after feed or having loose watery motions after introducing solids foods,then it means baby have digestional problem with the fed item.
Initially baby's are suggested to feed semi solids mashed fruits and vegetables, puriee,dal water,rice starch, home made cerelac, formula milk.
Feed more water for hydration and sabudana kheer or home made butter with rock sugar to control motions.
