#AskTheExpert baby is totally on fm tried for bm but failed will it affect hos health in fututre

A. no don't give f m breast milk is the complete nutrition to baby till first six months of age also it contains natural antibodies for baby immunity against infections and best for digestion . Formula milk should not be given at all unless advised by pediatrician . No need to give gripe water or ghutti below 6 months of age
