#AskTheExpert baby is not feeling well from past 2 days. vomiting and motions happening. we are using emeset for vommiting. please suggest which medicine need to use thank you!

A. this is gastroenteritis infection It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
