SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl7 months agoA. Yes, follow as doctor advised to reduce the cold and cough. Along with use saline nasal drops spray can be used to the cold. Cold and cough means a huge quantity bacteria stored in the throat area through contact of dense cold air or through contagious diseased person. This spray will be helpful to eliminate bacteria from the throat area.
