#asktheexpert baby crying and not crawling after typhoid conjugate vaccine. how many days will there be effect of the vaccine

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times perx day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 dxays meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
