#AskTheExpert At what age an infant starts to drink cow milk or water? My son is 14 months old and he still can not.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 1 year it's safe. cow milk is much better after one year of age, as suddenly baby shifts from formula to cow milk it contains nutrients required after one year of age.
Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.
