#AskTheExpert At what age an infant starts to drink cow milk or water? My son is 14 months old and he still can not.

A. after 1 year it's safe. cow milk is much better after one year of age, as suddenly baby shifts from formula to cow milk it contains nutrients required after one year of age. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.

A. Thank you for the info but the question was he is still not able to gulp the water on milk, is it normal? At what age they can?
