mother should take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day during lactation period for healthy milk production

Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
Try to keep head up position while feeding
