there is no specific food but you have to give every kind of food which is prepared at home after one year of age except the red meat
feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk.
give full cream milk for the baby.
give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables.
give egg chicken and soup
