#asktheexpert am 5 months pregnant.i get hungry at mid night so am having biscuits ...what can I have as a healthy alternative?

A. Okay so what you can do the best and mindful eating that you can do is you can roast some dry fruits and some fox nuts like properly you can toss it with salt and black pepper and all and keep it on your bedside so when you feel hungry you can have that mindfully not like a lot of them and also try to have more fluid in the night so that you are sufficiently hydrated
