#asktheexpert Am 20 nd 23 weeks pregnant in 1st Trimester I had internal bleeding and by the grace of God my baby is healthy now so can I start home workouts by now?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. no. ask ur doctor. do ultrasound n necessary tests after consulting a specialist. without proper check up we can't advise or help you.. Avoid shirt cuts when it comes to health if mother n baby. ok.
