#asktheexpert after pregancy i am putting my weight getting gas in stomach how to avoid bloating and how to get slim?

A. Have healthy, food.. avoid spicy, gases producing food. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.
