what can I add in my baby food to avoid gas and bloating on daily basis

A. if you are breastfeeding mother then you should avoid having too much oil is spicy junk food and cruciferous vegetables also eating foods at proper time is very important If your breast feeding your baby then continue to breastfeed at regular intervals and there is no need to give anything else apart from mother milk or formula milk to baby till he complete 6months of age as it is complete food that takes care of hydration as well as nutrition. After 6 month you can gradually start weaning with homemade easy to digest food items like rice porridge ragi porridge mashed fruits apple Puree, mashed banana chiku etc. But whatever you are introducing should be introduced gradually with a small amount
