Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Ma’am You do not lose your weight just like that you really have to work out hard to lose that pregnancy weight gaining is as much as easy and reducing is double difficult than that so start working out take a diet if you want to lose on your weight and if your periods are irregular’s now I mean for six months after delivery the periods can be regular but still after that you have a regular periods that you should consult your gynaecologist
