If you do a diet it is definitely going to affect your breastfeeding so don’t die right now I can understand your concern about your growing weight but you also have to understand that when you deliver a child lose a lot from your body if you go for a diet or something you will suffer with severe weakness hair fall and other issues so right now you should just focus on eating healthy don’t overheat eat it in moderation that’s what you need to do
