#AskTheExpert after 2 month of cesarian sometimes i am suffering from constipation which lead me pain and uncomfortable. i am in a diet and taking cremaffin plus syrup also but problem still persist please suggest me.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake.
some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
here the diet modificatiotn should be tried fbirst followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
