Q.
My 2 years old daughter is facing constipation problem. She poops once in 2-3 days and that too after applying alot of pressure and have so much pain. Can this lead to piles in future??

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello give her all fruits and vegetables and lot of water to drink daily so stool remains soft. and also make sure to set a potty routine with a fixed time daily.

Yes you can if the problem is not cured early. So you should add more fibre food in your babies regular diet plan. And you should start giving papaya regularly. Rather than this you should also start giving 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues
