#asktheexpert After 14 month of C section , I am still suffering from severe back pain. Can u please recommend exercises or diet which will ease my pain.

A. You can do yoga associated with this and if you want to lose weight take a diet as well as necessary supplements that you would require at the time of losing your way so that you are not going to lose on to your seminar energy and health for that matter
