#AskTheExpert actually I'm married for 1 year and I am planning for a baby but I'm not able to conceive . I'm getting irregular periods also ..can you advice what should I do ?

A. then lose weight. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

Hormone imbalances can also cause irregular periods. For example, thyroid hormone levels that are too low or too high can cause problems with periods.
