NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeeding baby turn the baby complete 6 months and cannot give your baby any food till then and if the breast milk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child and infant formula milk which would be safe for the baby
