Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. You should first regularise her eating and other routine then she will get into a regular sleeping routine. Wake her up at seven everyday, feed her on time, put her to nap on the same time every day and wake her after two hours correctly even if she wants to sleep for some more time. Keep her active throughout the evening so that she gets tired. Feed her dinner around again on the same time everyday. Follow a bed time routine brushing, changing to night clothes, getting to bed, reading a bed time story and then lights off. Keep on practicing this every day. At one point she will get used to this routine and sleep early.
Try giving ur baby finger foods (without choking hazard and you are sure ur baby can chew well and eat) which ur baby can feed on their own . Don't worry about the mess. Use different colored plates in different shapes and different types of spoons in different colours to get ur child's attention.
