NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you shuld have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also you should have fruits and vegetables well in the diet and also have green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which also can help to increase the milk secretion
