#AskTheExper my 4 years old baby she is not interested to eat food with her own hands. we are feeding her till now today. plz suggest what we can do

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom one of the best way to have meals together whenever possible as that way they learn a lot through observation. give food mixed in a bowl or say a combination form or make small pieces as well.
