Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. my taking proper diet you can increase your height and the diet should consist of serials pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily and meet your doctor who will tell you the other diet that you can follow

Hi The height is completely based on genetics so if the parents at all the child is automatically going to be tall and also a balanced nutritious diet giving all kind of food to the child which is healthy and if your child is accepting it and that’s the best thing to go for
