#askthedoctor my hair is damaged to a vdry extent after the delivery. please help with a solution. no shampoo or conditioner is working out.

Hair problem after delivery is very common and it generally happens due to three major reasons that is dryness weakness and hormonal changes so you should keep yourself well hydrated and you should massage your hair regularly with coconut oil and take healthy diet avoid using chemicals and shikakai powder and Amla and Rita powder will be really very good for your hair
