@dr disha Patel i will try using Cetaphil lotion.i hope that works but can u suggest if mustela rinse water and gel are really good and if it really works on acne on baby skin?

i am already using sebamed product since her birth .this acne is from last month using alovera gel reduced a lot but still I m worried is it safe to use mustela baby rinse water and gel ?i heard it reduces acne on baby skin

try using cetaphil lotion. 
avoid using harsh soap. 
do daily apply coconut oil.. 
if no improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
