if there is a continously fever then visit your nearest pediatrician once.This is may be due to viral infection.He will examine your baby in details and guide you in a better way.

If your child is having fever on and off or continuously then your child is probably suffering with viral in that case it would be good that you please visit your doctor and get a proper checkup done and if needed you can also go ahead with getting a blood test done
