Q.

askingforexpers#throat infection with fever how many days it takes to recover with antibiotics it's already 6th day fever duration increase from 6 hours to 13 hour but fever not Goan completely I'm worried

A. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for few days and follow the instructions given byx the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether anyx change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .

A. Throat infection sometimes if it is viral or bacterial can take about 7 to 10 days also so that please kindly continue with what your doctor advised and still if the fever doesn’t get over by the time of 10 days max on the higher side then you will have to go for further evaluation
