#askexperts my son is 6 yrs old. nd he won't eat any vegetables. daily he want chocolate nd biscuits. I tried so many thinks to stop. but some what better. how to make my son eat veggies nd fruits

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Lead by example. Involve your child in family meals. Let the child observe in the family eating healthy daily diet. Let the child start choosing one item to start eating. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that you prefer eating as a family.
