#askexperts my question is that after three months of my delivery, my weight and stomach fat is too much. what can i do that loose my weight...?

A. Dear mum, do lose your overall weight and stomach fat, eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are high in calories, processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
