When you lose weight, you will lose the accumulated fat around the belly.

To reduce ur belly fat u can start wearing postpartum belt or u can tie saree for loose belly around ur waist. U can watch video on you tube as how to tie a saree.
Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can do yoga.
