Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 3 m old girl5 years agoA. baby is now ten months old loose watery stools is considered normal in babies.. If only loose stool u can give zinc drops Z and D drops 1ml once a day and satchets of Econorm/ enterogermina/syp darolac or any other probiotics for 3 days. Give ORS . Fever with pain in abdomen if present can b due to infection n needs a doctor consult soon
