To reduce hairfall, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Massage scalp with coconut or olive or almond oil once a week and wash with mild and natural shampoo. Do not use heat or chemical treatments. Do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too. 
Joint pain is common after delivery and to cure it, include calcium rich foods like milk, buttermilk, paneer, curd, etc. If needed you can also take calcium supplements. Sit in the mid morning sun for taking Vitamin D.
