SandhyaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi, hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue,nothing to worry much about it. Take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself well hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food.Write Your Answer Here
