#askexperts hello dr my problem is lower body i e thighs and hips are getting heavy . I dont eat junk food or have a habit of munching food everytime.

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Take seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda It will correct soon
