#askexperts hello doctor I am mom of ten months old baby. Since a week I am facing a lot of issues such as weakness, pain in hands as well as legs, shivering and sometimes fever too, I have a lot of hair loss problem to can you please suggest me what to do..?

A. For fever take Paracetamol tablet for yourself keep yourself well hydrated and keep taking a nutritious diet small frequent meals and also take Ashwagandha Churna with milk 2 times in the day
